STREETS OF FIRE

Part of Music City Mondays.

When rock ‘n roll ingenue Ellen Aim (former Fabulous Stain Diane Lane) gets abducted by the nefarious biker gang The Bombers, the only hope for all that is kind and decent is her ex, good-hearted mercenary Tom Cody (Michael Paré). With the help of feisty mechanic Amy Madigan, Cody finds himself on a collision course with The Bombers’ leader Shaddock (Willem Dafoe, leathered up and ticked off).

Written in sparks and sledgehammers, STREETS OF FIRE is a singular vision where the nights are forever and the revving of a motorcycle engine elides time and space in this chrome-plated fable. With music from Jim Steinman, Fire Inc., Maria McKee, Stevie Nicks, The Fixx, and Dan Hartman.
