Theatre. Conveniently located near Vanderbilt University in
Hillsboro Village, with plenty of free parking and extremely reasonable rental rates, Nashville's coolest film and entertainment venue will lend an equally cool atmosphere to any sales meeting or staff appreciation outing, customer group presentation, lecture series, United Way kick-off, seminar or educational outing.
The Belcourt offers two giant screens and fully-equipped stages to facilitate the communication of your message; unparalleled acoustics; a full range of audio-visual support; concessions (or food and beverage coordination with your own caterer); ticket sales support if desired; and a host of other services designed to make your event an unparalleled success - all against the backdrop of Nashville's most historic theatre hall.
Facility Features:
- Two separate theatres with seating capacity of 410 in the 1966 theatre and 340 in the 1925 theater (less with house sound and lighting consoles)
- Full "movie theatre" concessions (or coordination with your own private caterer) and liquor license
- Ample free parking (truck and bus parking must be pre-arranged with theatre manager)
- Ticket sales if applicable (all tickets sold through The Belcourt box office shall include a $2.00 fee to go to the ongoing restoration of The Belcourt.)
