Renting the Belcourt

Thank you for your interest in renting one of the Belcourt’s spaces.

At this time, rental opportunities are restricted to events and activities able to work within current capacity restrictions — and will diligently follow all of the Belcourt’s COVID health and safety protocols for audience members.

*CURRENT MAXIMUM CAPACITIES: 166 in 1925 Hall | 127 in 1966 Hall

Please note that the Belcourt does not offer rentals on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

To check rental availability or for any other questions, please carefully review our 2021 Rental Rates and Policies — and then fill out our Rental Inquiry form. Both are linked below. Please note that you will also be asked to sign the Belcourt’s COVID Liability Waiver before any rental is confirmed.

2021 Rental Rates and Policies | Rental Inquiry Form (required first step)


(1) To begin the process, please read the 2021 Rental Rates and Policies document (linked above) carefully and in its entirety.

(2) To inquire about a date(s) and/or logistics, costs, and all other details, you must first submit the Rental Inquiry Form (linked above).

Please note that we cannot provide information on date availability or costs by phone or email — we need this Rental Inquiry Form first. While you may not know all details asked for on the form, please complete with as much information as possible.

(3) Once you have submitted the Rental Inquiry form, you can expect to hear back from us shortly.

(4) Please note that your submission of the Rental Inquiry form is not a confirmation of your rental event or date. A rental event/date is only confirmed after you have returned a signed License Agreement and the Belcourt’s COVID Liability Waiver which we will provide, and we have received your payment.
