Commemorate the notorious 2016 intra-city tour when Thelma and the Sleaze played thirty-one shows in twenty-nine days across Nashville’s DIY underground. We will screen Seth Graves’ 2017 documentary capturing the tour’s chaos, camaraderie, and irreverence, serving as both a time capsule of a bygone era and a love letter to a Nashville that once was. Winner of the Nashville Film Festival Grand Jury Prize, the film returns for a one-night-only updated presentation by Seth Graves.
Followed by an in person Q&A with director Seth Graves, bandleader Lauren Gilbert, and former drummer Chase Lombardo, hosted by Nashville Scene music editor Stephen Tregaser.
