Thank you for your interest in renting one of the Belcourt’s spaces.
Due to COVID, the Belcourt is currently available for rental only within specific parameters and limitations — guided by our commitment to the health and safety of both our staff and rental clients.
Rental opportunities are restricted* to activities involving only a small number of people (i.e. video/photo shoots; taped events for streaming) — and in no cases can there be an audience present. (*These restrictions currently apply through March 2021. If you wish to inquire about a rental after March, please fill out the Rental Inquiry form linked below.)
Please note that the Belcourt does not offer rentals on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
To check rental availability or for any other questions, please carefully review our 2020 Rental Rates and Policies (linked below) — and then fill out our Rental Inquiry form (linked below). Please note that you will also be asked to sign the Belcourt’s COVID Liability Waiver before any rental is confirmed.
HOW TO RENT THE BELCOURT:
(1) To begin the process, please read the 2020 Rental Rates and Policies document (linked above) carefully and in its entirety.
(2) To inquire about a date(s) and/or logistics, costs, and all other details, you must first submit the Rental Inquiry form (linked above).
Please note that we cannot provide information on date availability or costs by phone or email — we need this Rental Inquiry form first. While you may not know all details asked for on the form, please complete with as much information as possible.
(3) Once you have submitted the Rental Inquiry form, you can expect to hear back from us shortly.
(4) Please note that your submission of the Rental Inquiry form is not a confirmation of your rental event or date. A rental event/date is only confirmed after you have returned a signed License Agreement and COVID Liability Waiver which we will provide, and we have received your payment.
