Join us on Thursday, November 12, at 7:30pm at the Belcourt Theatre for a sure-to-be-delightful, in-conversation event with Jenna Bush Hager and Lucy Tan, moderated by Amy Brown (@RadioAmy). This special evening will offer insight into the writing and publication of Tan’s TIGER’S MOUTH, the story behind Jenna’s love for reading and the creation of her imprint, Thousand Voices, and more.

Each ticket includes a copy of TIGER’S MOUTH, and a limited number of VIP tickets include a spot in the signing line at the end of the event, where you can meet Lucy and get your book personalized.

JENNA BUSH HAGER is the co-host of TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle and the founder of the wildly popular Read With Jenna book club, which has introduced millions of readers to breakout authors and bestselling books since its launch in 2019. In 2022, she launched her production company, Thousand Voices, in partnership with NBCUniversal’s Universal Studio Group. She later expanded the brand with Thousand Voices Books, a co-venture with Random House Publishing Group, through which she publishes titles across its imprints. Jenna is also the author of ten books and a #1 New York Times bestselling author.

LUCY TAN is the author of What We Were Promised, which was a Barnes and Noble Discover Pick, longlisted for the Center for Fiction First Novel Prize, and named a best book of the year by The Washington Post. Tan holds an MFA in creative writing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was winner of the August Derleth Prize. A recipient of support from Kundiman and the Wisconsin Institute for Creative Writing, Tan has published in journals such as American Short Fiction, McSweeney’s, and Ploughshares. She currently lives and writes in Seattle, where she is also a bookseller at Secret Garden Books.

AMY BROWN is co-host of iHeartMedia’s nationally syndicated The Bobby Bones Show, heard by millions of listeners each week on more than 180 Country radio stations nationwide. She joined the show in 2006 and helped grow it into one of the country’s most successful radio programs. Brown also co-hosts the weekly national countdown show Country Top 30 with Bobby Bones.
