SNL producer Lorne Michaels teamed up with Steve Martin, musician Randy Newman and director John Landis (THE BLUES BROTHERS) to create this tale of a trio of silver-screen Western heroes — played by Steve Martin, Chevy Chase and Martin Short — who are summoned to the Mexican town of Santa Poco, which is under siege by bloodthirsty bandits. Believing it’s just a “personal appearance,” they answer the call — only to find they’re up against real banditos.
