All Screenings: Pre-recorded introduction from SNL cast member and Belcourt member James Austin Johnson

This filmed version of Gilda Radner’s one-woman show finds the comedian revisiting characters made popular on SNL, utilizing at times a level of risque that might otherwise rise above the limitations of nighttime TV. Boosted by a full slate of SNL writers and directed by Mike Nichols and Lorne Michaels, GILDA LIVE also features appearances by SNL mainstays Paul Shaffer and Father Guido Sarducci, as well as a rare on-screen appearance by composer Howard Shore.
