Universal Monsters + Restored Halloween Classics

Universal Monsters + Restored Halloween Classics

This October, we’re excited to screen some early horror classics from the Universal Pictures vault alongside a scarifying selection of recently restored horror masterpieces. The whole gang’s here: Frankenstein’s monster, his lovely bride, their friends Bud Abbott and Lou Costello, the Mummy, the Creature, and even Dracula’s Spanish cousin, Drácula! We even threw in Udo Kier’s Warhol-produced take on that renowned vampiric Count as a treat to accompany our run of Todd Haynes’ THE VELVET UNDERGROUND! But our seasonal spooky celebration wouldn’t be complete without us wishing a very happy 40th anniversary to two cornerstones of lycanthropic cinema and a bizarrely disquieting cult classic from Polish auteur Andrej Zulawski that has to be seen to be believed. Come spend some time with us in the dark, and don’t miss a second of this ferocious feast of frightening films.
